Admitted International Graduate: Next Steps

1. RECEIVE YOUR SEVIS I-20 FORM [ + ]

   All international students must show proof of financial support for a minimum of 1 academic year. Before you are eligible for the SEVIS I-20 Form, you must submit the following documents: financial Responsibility and Support

2. APPLY FOR THE F1 STUDENT VISA [ + ]

   After you receive your SEVIS i20 form, you should begin the . The first step is to pay your , and then you can submit your , and schedule your interview at the US Embassy.

3. COURSE REGISTRATION [ + ]

   When you receive your F1 visa, please email international@lewisu.edu to confirm.  We will send you the login credentials for your student account, where you can begin the course registration process. Your Academic Advisor will contact you as well, and provide assistance. 

4. PREPARE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL [ + ]

   The international student service office at ¶¶Òõ»ÆÉ«app can provide assistance with housing, transportation, and anything else a new student needs to get settled.  You are also required to attend a New Student Orientation, required for all new students.  An invitation for the Orientation will be emailed to you.
