LEARN TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR SCHOOLS AND OUR COMMUNITIES.
Students and faculty – united by a common vision and shared dedication - work together to transform the classroom, our school systems and the communities around us.Â
In the spirit of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, founder of the Christian Brothers and the Patron Saint of Educators, we believe in educating both the mind and spirit. De La Salle was known for his innovative teaching methods and creation of schools that focused on students’ needs and teaching approaches that worked best. His commitment to social justice was born out of a devotion to provide a practical education for all, so that every person can make a difference in society.
Our faculty are committed to De La Salle’s purpose and vocation, in creating graduates who are critical thinkers and passionate about social justice. You will learn with your peers in classrooms and in field-based experiences. You will be exposed to a variety of cultures and communities. ¶¶Òõ»ÆÉ«app has a strong reputation of working with school districts and law enforcement in the greater Chicago region.
