Discover how cultural norms and expectations influence the people we become.

Explore issues of respect, safety, body image and empowerment – learning more about the human condition in order to live better, more fully human lives.

We cannot help but be shaped by stereotypes. Yet, we must not be held in bondage by them. The more we understand the expectations our society creates for us, the more empowered we become to accept and evolve into the people we are destined to be.
