¶¶Òõ»ÆÉ«app Earns Third Place in International Lasallian Social Impact Competition

On April 12, ¶¶Òõ»ÆÉ«app College of Business students earned third place in the Third Annual Lasallian B-School Societal Impact Case Competition, where they provided solutions to ethical dilemmas.  

This year, nine student teams from Lasallian universities around the globe participated in the event. For the competition, they analyzed previous business decisions, company structure and proposed innovative solutions on the HBR case, “Theranos: Who Had Blood on Their Hands.” 

The ¶¶Òõ»ÆÉ«app team consisted of business administration students enrolled in  

Assistant Professor Dr. Elizabeth Belgio’s Strategic Management class, Jacquelyn Manriquez, Aaron Novakovic and Kyle Godin.  

Dr. Zheng Zhou, assistant professor of business analytics, served on the competition’s planning committee as well as the ¶¶Òõ»ÆÉ«app team faculty advisor. Dr. Mark Napier, assistant professor of finance, served as a judge for this year’s competition.
