About the Seminar
The seminar consists of both synchronous and asynchronous components. Live synchronous sessions will be held every Wednesday evening 7:00pm - 9:00pm CST to allow you connect with the instructor and fellow learners. Outside of these evening sessions, students will participate in online discussions and work through the SHRM Learning System庐 on their own schedule throughout each week.

About the Instructor
Lisa Johnson, SHRM-SCP is a professional speaker, coach, and consultant who helps busy organizations reduce people risk by building leadership and communication skills.聽
Her work experience includes the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Toyota, Tyco, and Johnson Controls.聽聽 Lisa earned a Bachelor’s in personnel/industrial relations from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from 抖阴黄色app. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and is the 2021 President of the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management.聽聽
